How To Build A Simple Landscaping Design?

There are so many ideas to design your desire landscape. However which one is suit to your need and fulfill your thoughts. In landscape designing you need to spend a bit of time and do not rush or you will end up with ruin.

As in my previous entry you need to sit together and make a decision among the others. What does the landscape ideas of the future? If you want it to function as a recreational or exercise or relaxation, then you may want a larger grass area. If you want it as a place to spend your spare time as a hobby, then you needs to prioritize your favorite tree or trees in pots are more easily converted when already tired. Pay attention also in how much time you can devote in taking care of your landscape.

Get to know your area well and carry out a study. In this stage you can make a simple sketch and drawing.  Decide which is which, where to plant your flower, grass or tree and etc. There may be areas that you cannot or do not want in a variable for example driveways or large trees.

If your area is large, you may need to make a gradual cultivation. However the landscape design must be made in whole with simple layout of the house and site. You may also need to do some calculation of your surrounding areas that affected. Use Microsoft Excel (math book if possible). Find or create a map of your area. Make a draw of ' satellite view ' and make sure the measurement scale is correct. For example such a length of 1 meter above the earth, draw it as 1 centimeter on paper. You can always ask if don’t know your old school mate is much happy if you ask for their assistance.

Include more attributes such as home or other building in your area, fence or boundary. You may also include hazard areas as open drains, shallow underground pipes, wires (connection to electric gate) and so on. Next you can take a piece of thin paper (tracing paper) and mount on the map above and draw your landscape ideas. You can create more than one idea and label each tracing paper as the Idea 1, idea 2 and so on. 

Remember, not to forget that you need to scale the map correctly. Cross check with your family members and ask for their opinion.
